WEAPON: A large sword

OCCUPATION: A soldier who fights for whoever is the higher bidder.
An assassin.
He usually sides for the side that needs him most
for they may be desperate enough to pay a higher price.

PERSONALITY: Cloud doesnt talk very much and usually keeps his feelings to himself.
He looks after all who needs him but keeps to the highest bidder
unless he is fond of someone else on the other side.

STORY: Cloud lived as a happy child once.
He and his familly were going on a trip outside of town.
His father was a traveling blacksmith. One day, to see the sights and visit new places,
he decided to bring his familly along. They had no idea of the war that waged.
On their way, Soldiers attacked them and killed his father and mother
in front of his eyes, he was then taken in and drafted into the military forces and was forced to
begin training at his young age. He has no word of his brother's wereabouts but hopes hes safe.

Years of training and struggling to survive has earned him enough strength to make it on his own.
He left the forces at age 14 with plenty of atributes to live on his own. He went back home and
realized nothing was there for him anymore.
He made a shrine to honor the death of his familly.
He also built a home from remaning wood which he visits daily.
He knew too much of the war to live amoung these peace loving people
once known as his friends.

At the age of 17, he decided it was time to go back into battle to make a living.
It was all he was trained to do. He found the perfect weapon for him,
a large sword but it was too heavy. It once belonged to his father.
He trained day and night untill he had the strength to wield it with ease even with one hand.
That was when he journeyed out into the world and became a freelance soldier.
An assassin.

In his most memorable war he waged, he fought alongside a man.
He spoke often of his sister day and night.
The war was hard and seemed endless.
Things were tough on both sides as moral decreased.
On the last day before the enemy forces pulled back,
The man known as the first friend that he had since the day long ago,
was shot through the heart with an arrow.
The mans last words were:

"*Cough*T-tell her I'm... sorry.*cough cough*
It looks like I wont be comming back...*cough*
I'm s-orry...Ki...ki......"

He died in Clouds arms.
Cloud readied his sword and went out on a frenzy of slaying enemy forces.
It was then that they pulled out of the invadaed city.
Cloud started his journey to find this girl that he was so fond of.
It was up to him to tell her the truth.
It was a large burden to bare but he didnt mind.
He just worried about what will come now that he has this burden.
He couldnt allow himself to let the man down.
Not his last request.

APPEARANCE: Cloud is about 5'9"
with blonde spikey hair and green eyes.
He has a strange combanation of muscle and an athletic build which
gives the illusion that he looks weaker than he is.
He wears a black coat that covers his left arm, black pants, black boots,
a black half sleave on his right arm and black gloves.
He has an average skin tone. Not tan but not pale.

Uhh Mercenary isn't one of the options for a job. If you want you could be an asissin for the village near the mountain which would kind of make sense. Don't they usually mine near mountains?

LOL Yes. Mercenaries are basically assassins so sure
but I joined before that was an option

Well if you live in Kyoshi you not really that aware of the war. You wouldn't be fighting in the war.

LOL well I wanted him to be from a mining town and drafted into the war
and becomes an assassin.
Which village could I choose?
How about if he leaves kyoshi on a trip with his fammilly but the events still happen
to him and his familly while they were going back to the village?
Then he gets drafted and everything.LOL
Im trying to make a good back story LOL
