*Kiki lives with her grandfather. He is the Osami black smith. Kiki works in the shop with her grandfather and learns the trade. Her little sister however, just tags along with her because she's too young to work with the weapons. Her grandfather was trained by his father and now he was training Kiki.

The village that she lives in is one of the few secluted from the war. Actually they have no clue that a war is going on. They live their happy, simple lives while not to far away from them there is a war between good and evil going on. Due to the war, any villages involved in it lost any contact between the ones that weren't. Kiki's older brother went to drop off a package to one of those villages and hasn't returned. With each day that goes by Kiki is finding it harder and harder to deal with the disappearance of her brother.

On top of that recently when she wakes up from a good night's rest she's still dead tired. It's even come to a point where sometimes during the day she just blanks out and when she comes back through she's not where she was before. People have told her that she has said things and done things that she has no memory of. She used to be able to ignore it but lately it's been getting worse and worse.
